Annual General Meeting 12 May 2022

At the AGM held on 12 May 2022 all resolutions were passed, including those
detailed below:

·    Shareholders approved a special resolution authorising the Company to
renew its authority to make market purchases of up to 14.99 per cent of the
Company's issued share capital as at 16 October 2021, being 75,014,457
ordinary shares.  The authority will expire at the conclusion of the 2023 AGM
of the Company, unless previously varied, revoked or renewed; and

·    Shareholders approved and adopted the revised Articles of
Incorporation with effect from the conclusion of the meeting.
