The Schiehallion Fund Limited (MNTN) capital consists of 1,025,203,907
ordinary shares. The Schiehallion Fund Limited holds 4,225,000 ordinary shares
in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in The
Schiehallion Fund Limited is 1,020,978,907 as at 30 April 2025.

 

The above figure (1,020,978,907) may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
