ZURICH, July 22 (Reuters) - The following are some of the
main factors expected to affect Swiss stocks on Wednesday:

The life science group posts half-year results at 0500 GMT.
Six-month core operating profit seen at 251 million Swiss
francs.

COMPANY STATEMENTS CPR-CH
* The newly formed LafargeHolcim LHN.VX disclosed the
holdings of its major shareholders. LHN.VX
* The Swiss Takeover Board determined that the intended
amendment to the articles of association to be resolved at
Schindler Holding's SCHN.S upcoming extraordinary general
meeting contravenes the Stock Exchange Act. SCHN.S
* Temenos TEMN.S said second-quarter non-IFRS EBIT was
$31.7 million, 37 percent higher than in the same period last
year. TEMN.S
