Schindler forecasts modest revenue growth in 2026

Feb 11 (Reuters) - Swiss lift and escalator maker Schindler SCHP.S said it expected its revenue to grow by low- to mid-single digits in local currencies in 2026, as the company anticipates recovering new installations in key markets to be counterbalanced by the impact of tariffs and continued pressure in China. Its sales were 2.79 billion Swiss francs ($3.64 billion) in the fourth quarter, in line with the average forecast of 2.79 billion francs from analysts polled by Vara.
