ZURICH/GDANSK, Dec 12(Reuters) - Here are some of the
main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Thursday:

    LONZA GROUP AG  LONN.S 
    The Swiss contract drug manufacture said it planned to exit
the capsules and health ingredients business.
    
    SCHINDLER HOLDING AG  SCHP.S 
    The group appointed Paolo Compagna as CEO effective April 1,
2025.
    
    FLUGHAFEN ZUERICH AG  FHZN.S 
    The airport operator said passenger numbers at Zurich
Airport were up 7.3% in November versus previous year.
    
    COMPANY STATEMENTS
    
    Swiss real estate company Ina Invest  INAI.S  said merger
talks between the company and Cham Group were at an advanced
stage.

    ECONOMY
    SNB policy rate due at 0830 GMT. A Reuters poll expects
0.75%.
