Shelly says Schneider Electric's €70 per share offer is fair Oct 5 (Reuters) - Shelly Group's SLYG.BB board said on Monday it considered France-based Schneider Electric's SCHN.PA €70 ($78.52) per share offer for the Bulgarian smart-home device maker to be "fair and adequate" and supports the bid.
The all-cash offer values Shelly at about €1.27 billion and is expected to close by the first quarter of 2027, Schneider said in September.
