March 10 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main stock indexes reversed early losses and gained in choppy trading on Tuesday, as investors took comfort from tumbling crude prices on expectations that the Middle East conflict could come to a sooner-than-expected end.  .N

At  13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.98% at 48,210.55. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.71% at 6,844.36, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.91% at 22,902.64.
