19% to A$0.910, set for their best trading session, if gains
hold
** Shares of the investment firm hit highest levels since
Oct 11, 2024
** Co announces that diversified investment firm Hancock &
Gore HNG.AX has offered to acquire its investment portfolio in
exchange for HNG shares issued at A$0.30
** Says after completion, proposal entails co distribute H&G
consideration shares in-specie to all shareholders excluding
H&G, which currently holds circa 20.4%
