Retirement of Director

 

As previously disclosed in the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the
year ended 30 June 2024 for Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust plc (the
"Company"), Mike Balfour did not stand for re-election at the Annual General
meeting held today and retired as a Director of the Company, in accordance
with the Board's succession planning arrangements.

Mike Balfour has served on the Board since the Company's IPO and has completed
four years in post. The Board would like to thank Mike for his unfailing
dedication and meticulousness as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee, and
for his wisdom as a Board member
