Quarterly Net Asset Value as at 31 March 2025

 

The Board of Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust plc (the "Company"), which
provides a unique investment opportunity to help address UK social challenges,
today announces its unaudited net asset value ("NAV") as at 31 March 2025.

 

Key Highlights

 

·    NAV of £83.4m or 102.06p per share as at 31 March 2025, an increase
of 0.51% relative to the NAV per share as at 31 December 2024 (101.54p).

·    Total NAV/share return since inception of 11.0%, or 2.5% annualised.

·    As at 31 March 2025, the Company's NAV was fully committed to High
Impact Investments, with 84% deployed.

·    The Company's fourth annual Impact Report was published on 26 June
2025.
