Analyst and Investor Property Tour

Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited ('SREIT' or the 'Company'), the
actively managed REIT focused on improving the sustainability performance of
buildings to generate higher income and capital growth, will today host a
property tour in Manchester and Leeds for analysts and investors.

Hosted by fund managers Nick Montgomery and Bradley Biggins, alongside several
of Schroders Capital's sector experts, the tour will take in five assets,
spanning the industrial, office and retail sectors, that demonstrate the
Company's sustainability-led asset management programme in action.
