Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements and Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that copies of its 2025 Annual Report and Consolidated
Financial Statements and Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting have been
submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority. In accordance with UK Listing
Rules 6.4.1 and 6.4.3, the documents are available for inspection via the
National Storage Mechanism at

The 2025 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of the 2025 Annual General
