(the "Company")
The following notification made under Article 19(1) of the UK Market Abuse
Regulation ("UK MAR") relates to a gift by a trust of which Vincitas Limited,
a member of the Company's principal shareholder group (the "PSG") is a trustee
company, of 7,357 ordinary shares in the Company to the Schroder Charity Trust
(another member of the PSG). The overall shareholding of the PSG in the
Company remains unchanged following this transfer. This announcement is made
in accordance with Article 19(3) of UK MAR.
