ZURICH/BERLIN, Oct 24 (Reuters) - Here are some of the
main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Monday:

The embattled bank is considering a capital increase of
around 2 billion Swiss francs ($2 billion) and the issue of
convertible debt to help finance its turnaround plans, Swiss

Credit Suisse Group's Chief Compliance Officer Rafael Lopez
is set to leave the Swiss bank in the coming weeks after
