** Shares of Australia's SciDev Ltd  SDV.AX  rise as much as
8.5% to A$0.445, set to mark best day since Jan. 6 
    ** Stock hits highest since Jan. 11
    ** Wastewater treatment co says revenue for Q2FY23 stood at
A$23.9 mln ($16.83 mln), rising 74% from the previous
corresponding quater  
    ** Says Q2FY23 gross profit margin was at 25%, compared with
23% in the previous quarter
    ** Stock fell 35.3% in 2022
    ** SDV has risen 9.3% this year, as of last close
($1 = 1.4198 Australian dollars)
