** Shares of SciDev Ltd  SDV.AX  jump as much as 12.5% to
A$0.360, posting their biggest intraday pct gain since Feb 22
    ** Environmental solutions co says it has secured a second
contract from Cleanaway Waste Management  CWY.AX 
    ** Says contract for civil design and construction of a
water treatment plant in Victoria
    ** Says contract valued A$3.15 mln ($2.11 mln) 
    ** Says contract to be delivered over 6 months
    ** SDV stock down 14.7% YTD, as of last close
