** Shares of SciDev  SDV.AX  rise as much as 13.6% to
A$0.46, their highest level since April 19, 2022
    ** The environmental solutions firm posts 118% surge in FY24
underlying EBITDA, with revenue up 22%
    ** 607,365 shares change hands by 0202 GMT, 3 times the
30-day average volume of shares
    ** Stock has risen 55.8% this year, as of last close
