Australia's SciDev rises on getting new contract in Victoria

** Shares of SciDev  SDV.AX  rise as much as 1.9% to
A$0.270, their highest since Feb. 9 
    ** Environmental solutions co says it has been awarded new
PFAS water treatment contract in Victoria 
    ** Says contract with Ventia to supply a build-own-operate
temporary water treatment plant in Victoria to treat PFAS
(Perfluoroalkyl substances) contaminated surface water
    ** Contract has an initial value of about A$2 mln ($1.33
mln) in revenue, which is anticipated to be generated across a
six-month period
    ** More than 149,300 shares change hands, 1.7x the 30-day
avg volume
    ** SDV up for a fourth consecutive session
    ** Stock up ~2% YTD, as of last close
