Chair Shareholding

 

 

Martyn Ratcliffe, Executive Chair, holds 8,042,080 shares, including 80,000 in
his SIPP.

 

As a result of the Group's share buy-back programme, the total number of
ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is currently 41,364,312.

 

Mr Ratcliffe's shareholding therefore represents 19.4% of the Group's issued
