Total voting rights

 

The Company's total issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) consists
of 43,143,642 shares of 1 penny each.  Science Group holds 3,042,232 shares
in treasury.

 

The figure of 43,143,642 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the
