Treasury shares issued & PDMR dealing

 

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 11 April 2024 the Company issued
297,500 treasury shares at an average price of 1 pence per share in settlement
of the exercise of share options.

 

As part of this transaction:

 

·    Dan Edwards, Director, acquired 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company
at a price of 1 pence per share.  On the same day, Dan Edwards subsequently
disposed of 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 415 pence per
share.

 

·    Jon Brett, Director, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company
at a price of 1 pence per share.  On the same day, Jon Brett subsequently
disposed of 8,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 415 pence per
share.

 

·    Sarah Cole, PDMR, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 1 pence per share.  On the same day, Sarah Cole subsequently
disposed of 18,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 415 pence per
share.

 

Following this transaction Dan Edwards is now interested in 165,000 ordinary
shares in the Company which represents 0.36% of the total voting rights in the
Company, and Jon Brett is interested in 2,000 ordinary shares in the Company
which represents 0.004% of the total voting rights in the Company.  All other
Directors' beneficial interests in the share capital of the Company remain
unchanged and as previously announced.

 

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
following this announcement is 45,732,613.  Science Group holds 453,261
shares in treasury.

 

The figure of 45,732,613 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the
FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
