Treasury shares issued & PDMR dealing

 

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 7 October 2025 the Company
issued 314,334 treasury shares at an average price of 1 pence per share in
settlement of the exercise of share options.

 

As part of this transaction:

 

·    Dan Edwards, Director, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company
at a price of 1 pence per share.  On the same day, Dan Edwards subsequently
disposed of 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 535 pence per
share.

 

·    Jon Brett, Director, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company
at a price of 1 pence per share.  On the same day, Jon Brett subsequently
disposed of 22,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 535 pence per
share.

 

·    Sarah Cole, PDMR, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 1 pence per share.  On the same day, Sarah Cole subsequently
disposed of 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 535 pence per
share.

 

Following this transaction Jon Brett is now interested in 5,000 ordinary
shares in the Company which represents 0.01% of the total voting rights in the
Company.  All other Directors' beneficial interests in the share capital of
the Company remain unchanged and as previously announced.

 

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
following this announcement is 44,294,842.  Science Group holds 1,891,032
shares in treasury.

 

The figure of 44,294,842 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the
FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
