Investment in Frontier Smart Technologies Group Limited
("Frontier")
 
Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 17 July 2019 the Company purchased 199,987 shares in the capital of Frontier at a price of 35 pence per share.  Following these purchases, the Company holds a total of 15,549,741 shares in the capital of Frontier, equivalent to 38.2 per cent. of the voting share capital of Frontier. 
 
As previously announced, as at 1.00 p.m. (London time) on 16 July 2019, the Company had received valid acceptances of its Offer in respect of 1,269,399 Frontier shares, representing approximately 3.1 per cent. of the voting share capital of Frontier. 
 
The Company is therefore interested in, in aggregate, 16,819,140 Frontier shares representing approximately 41.3 per cent. of the voting share capital of Frontier.
