Director/PDMR Shareholding

Science in Sport, the premium performance nutrition company serving elite
athletes, sports enthusiasts and the active lifestyle community, announces
that, in addition to his participation in the proposed placing by the Company
announced on 4 July 2024 (the "Placing"), Dan Wright, Executive Chairman,
purchased a further 613,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 5 July 2024.
Following the share purchases, and on completion of the Placing, Dan Wright
will be interested in an aggregate of 8,201,493* ordinary shares representing
3.53%** of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

*6,882,352 Ordinary Shares (including 5,882,352 shares to be issued as part of
the Placing) are held through Gomrath Limited, a family investment company
controlled by Dan Wright.

**Assuming the Retail Offer is taken up in full.
