Director/PDMR Shareholding

Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), the premium performance nutrition company
serving elite athletes, sports enthusiasts and the gym lifestyle community,
confirms that further to the announcement made by the Company on 8 July 2024
regarding the result of the Retail Offer, it has been notified that Roger
Mather, Non-Executive Director, has been conditionally allocated 117,647
ordinary shares in the Retail Offer. The Retail Offer is conditional upon,
inter alia, the Resolutions required to implement it being duly passed by
Shareholders at the General Meeting on 24 July 2024.

The information below set out in accordance with the requirement of the EU
