Notice of Annual General Meeting

Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), the premium performance nutrition company
serving elite athletes, sports enthusiasts, and the active lifestyle
community, announces that the 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is scheduled
to be held at 11 York Street, Manchester, M2 2AW on 30 June 2025 at 09:00.

Please be advised that due to the proposed cash acquisition of the Company by
Einstein Bidco Limited, it is highly unlikely that the scheduled AGM will take
place and will not require your attendance.

In accordance with its statutory obligations as a public company, SiS will
still circulate the formal Notice of AGM. These materials will be distributed
for information purposes only, as it is anticipated that the meeting will be
cancelled and that the shareholders receiving the notice will no longer be
shareholders of the Company by the time the AGM would otherwise take place.

Materials relating to the AGM will, in due course, be posted to shareholders
who have requested hard copies and also published on the Group's website.
