Posting of Circular and notice of General Meeting

 

Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), the premium performance nutrition company
serving elite athletes, sports enthusiasts, and the active lifestyle community
is pleased to announce that, it is today posting to Shareholders the Circular
(including the Notice of General Meeting) and Form of Proxy setting out
further details in relation to the proposed Placing and Retail Offer, as
previously announced by the Company on 4 July 2024 (the "Launch
Announcement").

 

The General Meeting will be held at 11 York Street, Manchester, M2 2AW at
10.00 a.m. on 24 July 2024.
