Scinai's shares soar after announcing pre-clinical study results

** U.S. listed shares in Scinai Immunotherapeutics SCNI.O up
48% at $6.04 on Mon after co announced what it described as
promising results in a pre-clinical study of a treatment for
patients with plaque psoriasis
** Shares in the Israel-based co, formerly known as BiondVax
Pharmaceuticals, earlier in session hit a high of $8.92 on
Nasdaq after closing on Fri at $4.06 after an 18% gain
** SCNI - rebranded as Scinai in September 2023 and
developing inflammation, immunology biological products -
announced "successful in-vivo preclinical study results" in
study with mice, for anti IL-17A/F VHH antibody fragment,
intralesional treatment for mild-to-moderate plaque psoriasis
** On July 2, Scinai reported loss of almost $2.2 mln and co
has been working to regain listing compliance with Nasdaq
** In 2023 SCNI's peak price was $36
