Scirocco Energy (AIM: SCIR), the AIM investing company targeting attractive
assets within the European sustainable energy and circular economy markets,
announces that further to its RNS regarding the proposed sale of EAG on 21st
December, Scirocco has today published a circular for a general meeting to be
held at the offices of Pinsent Masons located at 141 Bothwell St, Glasgow, G2
7EQ at 10:30am on 10th January 2024 on its website and hard copies have been
posted to those shareholders who elected to receive materials in hard copy.
