Scirocco Energy rises as unit performs well

** Shares of UK's investment company Scirocco Energy plc
SCIR.L rise as much as 51.35% to 0.28p, highest since Sept. 23
** Says Greenan Generation Limited (GGL), which was acquired
by Energy Acquisitions Group (EAG) last year, has performed
strongly in the last 12 months
** Sirocco invested 1.2 mln pounds ($1.33 mln) into EAG last
year, and now holds 50% stake in the specialist acquisition and
operating vehicle
** Sirocco says GGL EBITDA estimate for 12 months to Sept.
30 was 602,000 pounds ($667,196.60)
** Shares down 70.62% so far this year, as of last close
($1 = 0.9004 pounds)
