Notice of AGM 
 
Scotgold Resources Limited (AIM: SGZ), the gold exploration and production company focused on Scotland, is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held via a "Webinar" at 09-00 am (GMT) on Friday 29th January 2021.
 
Please note that due to COVID-19 and the UK Government's restrictions on travel, assembly and guidance on meetings, there will be no physical meeting. Shareholders, their proxies and corporate representatives therefore cannot attend in person, and shareholders are only able to vote on resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM by proxy.
 
The Company will hold a shareholder webinar during the AGM, in order for shareholders to listen to the business of the meeting and participate in a question and answers session.  Those shareholders wishing to attend the webinar should email shareholderenquiries@stbridespartners.co.uk by close of business on Friday 22nd January 2021 and they will be provided with log in details.  There will be the opportunity for participants to submit questions during the presentation and they can also be emailed to the above address ahead of the AGM.
 
The Company's Notice of AGM and Forms of Proxy will be dispatched to shareholders later today and will be available on the website at www.scotgoldresources.com.
