Notice of AGM

 

Scotgold Resources Limited (AIM: SGZ), the gold exploration and production
company focused on Scotland, is pleased to announce that its Annual General
Meeting ('AGM') will be held via a "Webinar" at 9:00am GMT on 25 January 2022.

 

The Board takes the well-being of the Company's employees and shareholders
very seriously. Considering the ongoing COVID-19 situation and the UK
Government re-introducing measures in respect to the coronavirus crisis,
including guidance on social distancing and working from home, the Board
strongly encourages shareholders to attend virtually rather than attend in
person, and to vote on all resolutions in advance of the General Meeting by
completing their Form of Proxy.

 

The Company will hold a shareholder webinar during the AGM for shareholders to
listen to the business of the meeting and participate in a question and
answers session. Those shareholders wishing to attend the webinar should
email scotgold@celicourt.uk by close of business on Thursday 20 January 2022
and they will be provided with log in details. There will be the opportunity
for participants to submit questions during the presentation and questions can
also be emailed to the above address ahead of the AGM.

 

The Company's Notice of AGM and Forms of Proxy will be dispatched to
shareholders later today and will be available on the Company's website at
www.scotgoldresources.com (http://www.scotgoldresources.com) .

 

As disclosed in the Company's Final Results, Scotgold look forward to
providing an Operations and Strategy Update in January 2022.
