NZ$3.4, its biggest intraday pct gain since May 10
    ** Engineering firm to buy business assets and intellectual
property of Transbotics Corp  TNSB.PK , a U.S.-based automated

    ** Stock has fallen 5.9 pct this year up to Wednesday,
compared with a 3 pct gain in the New Zealand benchmark index
