A round-up of notable broker activity this morning from Europe's
top-ranked* analysts:
** Exane BNP Paribas raises Scout24 G24n.DE to
"outperform" from "neutral", citing an attractive risk/reward on
a fundamentally high quality classifieds business after a period
of underperformance
** Morgan Stanley ups Europe's biggest hotel group Accor
ACCP.PA to "overweight" from "neutral", seeing the company as
a winner in "underappreciated" luxury and lifestyle market
** Barclays views Persimmon's PSN.L FY23 consensus as
"overly conservative" and raises the British realtor to "equal
weight" from "underweight", adding that a very material erosion
in long-term returns is now priced in
** Citigroup raises Dutch insurer ASR Nederland ASRNL.AS
to "buy" from "neutral", expecting the Aegon AEGN.AS deal to
bring greater earnings diversification, a shorter liability
duration and a pro-forma solvency above 190%
(*Analyst rankings from Thomson Reuters StarMine. The scale is
from 1-star to 5-star with 5 being the best. Analysts are ranked
on earnings accuracy as well as relative performance of
recommendations over trailing 12-month & 24-month periods.)
