** Shares of drug developer  SCPH.O  up 4.5% at $6.88
premarket
    ** Co on Tuesday after market said its clinical trial showed
reduced average 30-day heart failure-related costs for patients
treated with its drug candidate, FUROSCIX, vs a comparator group

    **  The drug is being developed to treat congestion in adult
patients with chronic heart failure and is administered under
the skin
    ** Says enrollment in the study was halted early due to
highly statistically significant reduction in the costs in the
interim analysis
    ** No serious adverse events related to the treatment were
observed- co
    ** SCPH had risen 24.4% YTD, up to the last close
