ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings,
announces that Chris Muir has notified the Board of his intention to step down
as Chief Financial Officer.
The process to identify a successor will commence immediately. Chris has a 12
month notice period and will remain with the business while a successor is
identified and to facilitate a smooth handover. A further announcement in this
respect will be made in due course.

flooring, promoting itself as the "Sofa Carpet Specialist", seeking to offer
value and choice through a wide range of upholstered furniture and flooring
products. The Group's product range is designed to appeal to a broad customer

The Group's upholstered furniture business specialises primarily in fabric and
