Change in Director's Particulars

ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and
floorings, confirms, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, that Angela
Luger, non-executive director of the Group, will be appointed as a
non-executive director of JD Sports Fashion Plc with effect from 1 June 2023.
