Director/PDMR Shareholding
ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings, has been notified that on 21 May 2018, Simon Nicholson, Buying Director, exercised 40,000 share options. The exercise price of the options is nil. Simon Nicholson then sold 40,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 208p per Ordinary Share.
