Director/PDMR Shareholding
ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings, has been notified that on 14 April 2020, Jane Nicholson a person closely associated with Simon Nicholson, Furniture Buying Director, purchased 12,051 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 165p per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale, Simon Nicholson and persons closely associated with him are interested in 25,223 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
