** Shares of biotechnology co SCYNEXIS Inc  SCYX.O  rise as
much as 15% to $2.75 before the bell 
    ** Co reports positive data from an ongoing late-stage study
of its oral drug, ibrexafungerp  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNXbzm3yD
    ** Says ibrexafungerp showed favorable therapeutic response
for majority of patients with a variety of serious fungal
infections who have failed or are intolerant to currently
available treatments
    ** Adds that interim data, presented at the IDWeek 2022
conference, includes information from 113 patients enrolled in
the late-stage study who had completed treatment through Oct.
