Completion of disposal

SDCL Efficiency Income Trust plc ("SEIT" or the "Company") is pleased to
announce that the disposal of a diversified portfolio of operational and
yielding energy efficiency infrastructure assets (the "Disposal"), as
originally announced on 20 March 2026, has now completed, on 24 April 2026.

 

The Disposal has completed in accordance with the terms set out in the
announcement of 20 March 2026, which contained full details of the transaction
and intended use of the proceeds.
