14 March 2025 - SDI Group plc, the buy and build group, focused on companies which design and manufacture specialist lab equipment, industrial & scientific sensors and industrial & scientific products, has been informed that Ken Ford, Non-Executive Chair, has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

 

Following this transaction, Ken Ford now holds 1,105,217 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represents approximately 1.06% of its issued share capital.
