Board Change

SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted Group focused on the design and manufacture of
scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing
control applications, announces that Jon Abell, CFO of the Company, has
indicated his intention to step down from the Board in the summer to retire.

 

This change is expected to take effect following the publication of the
Company's final results for the year ended 30 April 2022. The Board has
commenced the search for his successor and there will be an orderly handover
period to ensure a smooth transition.

 

Jon Abell, CFO of SDI said: "SDI Group is a remarkable business. It has been
a privilege to be part of its growth since 2018 and I am sure that it will
continue to prosper into the future."

 

Ken Ford, Chairman of SDI said: "The Board would like to thank Jon for his
guidance and leadership during his time with the Group and we wish him the
best for his retirement following the Company's results in the summer."
