Director Dealing

 

 

SDI Group plc announces that it was notified on 12 April 2023 that on that
same day, Mrs Claire Tilston, spouse and a person closely associated ("PCA")
of David Tilston, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 4,400
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company into her ISA account, by way
of sale and purchase.

Following the transfer, Mr Tilston's beneficial interest in the Company
remains unchanged at 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1
per cent. of the total issued share capital. Of these 100,000 shares, 4,400
are held by Mrs Claire Tilston.
