SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted group focused on the design and manufacture of
scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing and
control applications, announces that it has been notified that Ken Ford,
Chaiman, and Stephen Brown, Chief Operating Officer have purchased 10,000 and
8,323 ordinary shares of 1 pence in each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"),
respectively.
