SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted group focused on the design and manufacture of
scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing and
control applications, announces that it has been notified of a share transfer
by Ken Ford, Chairman of the Company, being the transfer of his self-invested
personal pension ("SIPP") from one provider to another in specie (the
"Transfer").
Following the completion of the Transfer, Mr Ford's total beneficial interest
in the Company remains unchanged at 905,217 ordinary shares, representing
approximately 0.87% of the Company's issued share capital.
