Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") Awards
SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted Group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing control applications, announces details of awards on 1 October 2021 under the Scientific Digital Imaging plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2018 ("LTIP") (the "Grant").

The nil paid awards are subject to a 3 year performance period (the "Performance Period") followed by a holding period to be determined by the Remuneration Committee.
