Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

 

SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted group focused on the design and manufacture of
scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing and
control applications, announces that it expects to publish its final results
for the 12 months to 30 April 2023 on 8 August 2023.

The Group is also pleased to announce that Mike Creedon and Ami
Sharma will provide a live presentation relating to SDI Group plc final
results for the year ended 30 April 2023 via the Investor Meet Company
platform on 11 August 2023 at 2:00pm BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9.00am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
