Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted group focused on the design and manufacture of
scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing and
control applications, will announce audited final results for the year ended
30 April 2024 ("FY 2024") on Tuesday 30 July 2024.

Investor presentation

Stephen Brown, Chief Executive Officer, and Amitabh Sharma, Chief Financial
Officer, will provide a presentation and Q&A for investors and
shareholders via the Investor Meet Company platform on Tuesday 30 July 2024 at
2.00pm BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9.00am BST the day before, or at any time during the live presentation.
