Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

 

SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted Group focused on the design and manufacture of
scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing
control applications, announces that it has posted to shareholders the Annual
Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2022 as well as a notice of
the Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Birketts
LLP, 22 Station Rd, Cambridge CB1 2JD, on 21 September 2022 at 10.00 am.

A copy of the Annual Report & Accounts and the notice of AGM will shortly
